Central Florida (Orlando Area) is becoming a “Hot Bed” for youth lacrosse. The kids that are now playing in the youth lacrosse programs are competing with programs that used to dominate summer/winter tournaments. The kids that are surfacing are coming from mostly Windermere, Winter Garden, Winter Park, Orlando & Lake Mary areas. Lacrosse wasn’t a very popular sport in Central Florida but as more Northerners come the tides are changing. Southern Florida has always dominated youth lacrosse throughout 1st-8th grade.

In the Winter & Summer Lacrosse gets very competitive with teams from all over the state participating in tournaments.
