Central Florida (Orange County) Orlando Youth Lacrosse
Need a Youth Lacrosse team in Orlando for the Summer & Winter seasons? Summer & Winter lacrosse is the most competitive time to play in Florida! The best lacrosse players join regional (State Level) travel teams & play one another at Tournaments in South Florida, Orlando & West Coast. In Orlando (Central Florida) there are a few competitive teams that compete for tournament championships:
• Apprentice Lacrosse – 10u, 12u, 14u & High School (Winter Park, FL)
• LCO – 8u, 10u, 12u, 14u & High School (Orlando)
• Otters – 12u, 14u & High School (Altamonte Springs)
These are the most competitive & give your young lacrosse player a good chance at competing with some of the most talented players in the state of Florida. Each of these programs enter into about 3 tournaments per season which are located throughout the state of Florida. Typically there is a South Florida kickoff tournament, Orlando Shootout (Omni Championsgate) & West Coast or another South Florida. Apprentice Lacrosse seems to have the best results with teams that either win their division or make it into the playoffs for a chance to win. They offer a few different age groups & as kids get older they get split into an A/B team similar to most programs.
