Central Florida lacrosse is now blowing up in popularity, many of the kids 1st to 8th grade are finding their way onto the field. This has no increased the competition along with new youth lacrosse teams popping up to compete. Here are a few teams you can join if you’re in the Lake Nona, Orlando area.

These are the best options for competitive youth lacrosse in Orlando, Florida (Central) within the Lake Nona window. The furthest program is the WOC Outlaws which is located in Windermere (about 30 minute commute to practices). This is one of the more competitive youth programs in Central Florida so if you like to win this is it! Swarm & Winter park are directly north of Lake Nona – both are great programs for developing lacrosse players. Whichever program you decide, you’ll have a ton of fun!
