These are the youth lacrosse options that Central Florida players have to select from. The Windy Wolves pulls from a very large area that includes most of West Orange County. The program consistently puts out a quality lacrosse team that competes with the best teams in the league. There is both a fall & spring season that players can participate in. The fall is usually less stressful with more of a scrimmage environment which allows many players to ease into the game.
The Windy Wolves have a team for every level (1st-8th grade). 1st-4th grade the players are focusing on passing, throwing & scooping. They’ll learn basic rules on a shortened field 7v7. 5th-6th Grade the players begin learning about team strategy along with official lacrosse rules on a full sized field 10v10. 7th-8th players learn about how physical the game can become with full body checks & a faster paced gameplay. Each step of the way the Wolves coaching staff prepares players the right way.
